Text message program

• Program: FromKai sends conversational text messages to people who contacted FromKai or requested information and agreed to receive texts. Messages answer your questions, follow up on your inquiry, and schedule or confirm appointments. Replies may be written with the help of FromKai's AI assistant, and a person can take over on request.
• Message frequency: varies based on your conversation with us.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We will confirm and send no further messages unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START).
• Help: reply HELP, or email hello@fromk.ai.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways we do not provide. Content on the site is provided for general information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
