This policy explains how FROM KAI ("FromKai", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit fromk.ai, contact us, or receive text messages from us.

- If you agree to receive text messages through our online request form: the date and time you agreed, the page the form is on, and the exact wording you agreed to.

- To answer your inquiry, follow up on it, and schedule or confirm appointments you request.

Text messaging
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us deliver our service (such as our text messaging provider), under agreements that do not allow them to use it for their own marketing.

How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations, including records of your consent and opt-out requests.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@fromk.ai. Opting out of texts does not delete our record of your opt-out, which we keep so we never text you again.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
